Martin Fritzen

Martin Fritzen grew up alone with his mother, who ended up dying of drug addiction. Martin himself struggled with drug abuse for almost 20 years. He was criminal, lonely and close to dying several times. In 2010, he finished his treatment and published the book:"From Drug Addict to Role Model", gave lectures, and taught about his path out of abuse. In 2015, Martin founded one of the country's strongest esports associations, Sørby Esport. From 2017 - 2020 he led the esports program at the Danish sports associations at DGI. Today, Martin is responsible for esports and gaming at the Danish Company Sports Association. He advises associations, educational institutions, workplaces, and municipalities that want to learn how to create and develop meaningful esports activities.
