Nikolaj Boesen's debut novel, "Start Over," presents an easy and simple way to bring more presence into one's life. Nikolaj Boesen

Nikolaj Boesen is a trained Mindfulness Instructor and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. He has taught Self-insight and Mindfulness at the Danish folk high school Løgumkloster Højskole. His first book, "Start Over," originates from his teaching at the folk high school and draws the reader into Nikolaj's playful and light-hearted approach to personal development.
